I'm Nieves, and I've spent over 15 leading customer-facing teams in startups, scale-ups and corporate environments. My journey in Customer Success has been a testament to my passion for nurturing growth, fostering excellence, and empowering others to become their best selves.

Having walked the path from emerging leader to seasoned expert, I understand the skills, opportunities, and challenges that leadership in Revenue entails.
